A cookie is a small storage bit in your browser to remember something about you. Without cookies, we couldn't provide the user area for example, as for every navigation we would require you to re-login. Thanks to a cookie, we can remember who you are for a certain time.
No cookie is containing personal information directly, they are containing random unique ids to make our services work.
We place only one secure session cookie for you, which is totally anonymized and is used for navigating around the website. We don't use any analytical cookies (like Google Tags / Analytics) to track you.
The Jira service desk is using cookies for authentication and to remember you. See Atlassians Jira Cookie page for more information.
We are using cookies (one actually) and the local storage for authentication. Without them you would need to relogin every time.
You can block cookies by denying them in the cookie consent popup or with your browser. Please note: In order to remember your cookie settings we need to set a cookie.
If possible, all cookies are going to expire once you end your browser session on the website.
